Next Door Home Project is a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a real chance at homeownership. We help first-time homebuyers unlock the opportunity by raffling off beautifully renovated homes at a fraction of the cost - JUST $20 per ticket.
Our unique model uses the power of community-driven fundraising to support affordable housing while giving one lucky, eligible participant the keys to a life-changing new beginning.
What We Do
Through home raffles hosted in partnership with trusted local nonprofits, we provide:
